Our Global Team Manager meets with you in person or over the phone to learn about your business, your unique brand and the specific challenges you face. We then set about finding the best way to delegate your back-office tasks to give you back time to work on profitable work.

Based on your brief, UPS will locate shortlist Global Team members and shortlist candidates according to the required skillset of the position. UPS will interview candidates for positions either in person or via Skype interview. This process also includes on site culture interviews with UPS on site Team Leader and UPS Positional Leadership team members. The UPS "on the ground" recruitment and culture interview truly aligns a candidate to the position.
3. Hiring, Training and Management
Once the best candidate has been chosen by you, we work hard to get them trained and setup so they can start working for you asap. Once onboard, our SAS technology is used to monitor work, provide reports and flag areas for improvement.
